We are very sad to report that Phil has died. The group sends deepest sympathy to Jo, Kate and all the family.
Phil has been a stalwart of the breed for many years, breeding, showing and judging. He was a founder member of the Breeders’ Group when it was formed in 1994.
Rams – 24.10.17(1)
As of 24/10/17 there were 205 registered rams (33 ram lambs), 183 birth notified rams (92 ram lambs), 2327 registered ewes (184 ewe lambs) and 598 birth notified ewes (216 ewe lambs).
Attached is a list of all the live males – 98 active (having sired lambs in the last three years) and 287 non active. Only 54 sired offspring in 2017 (siring 525 registered / birth notified lambs).
Surely some of the yellow ones are dead? If they are yours – please kill them off!
